Production & Fulfillment Update – December 2025

Hello backers!

We’re excited to share the latest progress:

Production Status ⚙

• The base game is fully completed and scheduled to ship on Dec 15!
• We hit a tooling issue with the Deluxe box, but the team has resolved it and production of all Deluxe components is now back on track.

Shipping Timeline 🚢 ✈️

1. Base Game – Air Freight (arriving first)

• US fulfillment: Games leave the factory around December 15
• Expected delivery to you: December 25 – January 15 (technically 23rd but all post offices will be closed).
  (Please keep in mind possible weather or holiday-related delays – we’re optimistic, but these dates are not 100% guaranteed.)

2. Ocean Freight (larger shipment)

This wave includes:

• Deluxe Edition (with Myrrh & Frankincense)
• The Expansion
• Additional base game copies

These are scheduled to arrive by late January 2026. We’ll have precise sailing and ETA dates as soon as production wraps up and the containers are loaded.

Please double-check and lock your shipping address in BackerKit as soon as possible. For everyone who has already contacted us about changes, we’ll process those updates this coming Monday.

EU, UK, and Rest-of-World (Spiral + VFI hubs) 🌎

As soon as the games are finished and on their way to our EU/UK hubs, we’ll send a dedicated update with exact arrival estimates and local shipping timelines.

Hello Everyone 👍 ! Here's the brief September update! 

We're thrilled to share that manufacturing is moving along smoothly, and we've finalized our logos and master parcel info. This will help our hubs quickly identify, repack, and ship your games faster—especially for retailers and larger orders. If you backed 1-2 games, you might not notice these parcels, but they’re much needed for efficiency!

In October, we’re diving into triple-checking all your backer info to ensure everything’s perfect for shipping. We’re also reaching out to hubs for quotes to prep for the busy Christmas season.

We apologize for the delay in this update—our family and kids were under the weather, but we’re thrilled to share that everyone’s recovering well. We hope you all had a fantastic Labor Day!

We’re making great strides with 3 Magi production, and we’re on track to complete manufacturing by mid-October. Once finished, components will set sail via ocean freight to the US, followed by assembly and shipping to you. We’re estimating delivery to the US and EU (plus worldwide) around early to mid-December.

We can’t wait to share the next update, complete with exciting photos and videos from the manufacturing floor! Watching the components come together is one of the most thrilling parts of this journey, it means your games are almost in your hands!

July update for 3 Magi✨! 

Hello backers, this is the July update for 3 Magi 🎉. This month has been extremely busy, launching and ironing out the PM. Working on game manufacturing scheduling and planning fulfillment. 

This campaign will be made and shipped faster then our previous campaigns and we cant wait for all the pieces to fall into place! We are working as fast as we can on our end!
