This is your June Fulfillment Update for 3 Magi 🥳.
We’re still in ocean freight, and preliminary shipping schedules have now been posted. We’re heading next to customs clearance and then fulfillment. Thank you so much for your continued patience and excitement — we can’t wait for you to finally get your hands on 3 Magi!
Fulfillment: Updates by Region
-> USA 🇺🇸 -----
We’re fulfilling through Diamond, our trusted partner from previous campaigns.

KS Backers: Fulfillment begins with Magi’s Pledge orders (all items packed in one box). These will be fast-tracked.

KS Pre-orders + Retail: These will follow immediately after. However, anyone who pre-ordered at the Magi’s Pledge level will ship together with the Kickstarter backers.
Note: All dates assume a standard 1-week customs window. Delays can occur depending on customs processing.

Fulfilling through Hive, who did an excellent job with our previous campaigns. All backers, pre-orders, and retail orders will be fulfilled together in the same wave.
Note: Timeline depends on both U.S. and Canadian customs clearance.

Fulfilling through Zatu, our trusted UK partner. All backers and pre-orders will ship together.
Note: Expected start of fulfillment approx Second week of July.

Fulfilling through Happy Shops. Games will arrive directly into the EU and follow a similar timeline to the UK.

The shipment will head to VFI within the next 8 days before sailing to Aetherworks. We’ll share a more precise timeline in the next update.

Games will be released to VFI within the next 8 days. Delivery times will vary by country. VFI will be adding 3 Magi to their roster very soon.

Hello backers this is a short but sweet update, we are on the boat, US, EU. And this upcoming week VFI to their Hubs
The HUBs that we will use is Diamond ( USA ), Zatu (UK), Happy Shops (EU), VFI ( world ), AUS Aetherworks, Canada (BB).

Happy Late Easter, everyone!
We hope you had a wonderful holiday filled with joy, family, and maybe a little chocolate!
This past month has been a whirlwind (in the best way!), as we're wrapping up fulfillment on our previous campaign (Rise of Babel) while pushing hard to bring 3 Magi to life. Running two campaigns in parallel — especially when fulfillment is so close — keeps us on our toes with communication and coordinating with the factory. But we're smiling through it because we know how excited you all are!
Since the same factory produced both games, we’ve been extra careful to ensure every component in 3 Magi is perfect. As fellow passionate board game players ourselves, we absolutely love beautiful, high-quality pieces — and we want you to feel that joy every time you open your box!
The Dual Boards Update
We spotted an issue with the space between the tokens on the dual boards. Even though they looked perfect on screen, they just weren't quite right in person. So we asked the manufacturer to ship fresh samples... and then we had them redo the entire set of boards twice — all at no extra cost to us!
The good news? The latest white tests and the final boards came out beautifully this time. The manufacturer is now packaging these new boards, and we're on track for shipping to the port this month!
(We know it might sound a bit perfectionist, but we truly want 3 Magi to feel premium and flawless when it reaches your table.)

As promised, things are accelerating nicely now that we're back in full swing! Here's the clear, locked-in schedule from the manufacturer for the final push:

End of Feb Update: Shipping Timeline Taking Shape!

Hello Everyone!
As many of you know, manufacturing in China means we hit the annual Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) shutdown this month. The factory was closed for most of February, which actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise for our new dual boards.We intentionally gave the boards extra time to fully cure and settle after production. This settling period helps prevent warp.
The factory officially reopens this coming Tuesday! We're now down to just a handful of final items in the pipeline before everything is cleared for ocean freight. The team is laser-focused on wrapping these up smoothly, and we're very confident the full shipment will head to the port and be loaded for ocean freight before the end of March.We'll keep you posted as soon as those last pieces are checked off and we have exact freight booking details (including tracking info once it's on the water, of course).

End of Jan Update: Exciting Progress on the Journey – Dual Boards in Production & Shipping Timeline Taking Shape!

We're making steady, exciting strides toward getting 3 Magi into your hands. Thank you for riding along on this journey with so much patience and enthusiasm – your support means the world to us at Bedouin Games!
🌍 International Hubs– A solid batch of your games has already arrived safely at the key fulfillment hubs around the world! If you're in one of these regions, your copy is queued up and will ship out as soon as the they are released. As promised with the US being a priority
✨ Quality First – The Packing Pause
We attempted a early wave of base game shipments, but discovered 29 mispacked copies during checks. Rather than risk sending out anything less than perfect, we paused deliveries immediately to review and tighten the process. That extra care is now paying dividends – the remaining games are lined up for final preview/packing verification right now. We're making sure every single box is accurate before it heads out.
If you do not get a base game by Feb 17, the shipping rates were too high to justify fulfillment. We are very prudent with the funds and would not be able to afford shipment cost that would exceed both the pledge and shipment. Those backers will get the full pledge after ocean freight is complete.
⚙️ Production
The new dual boards are deep in manufacturing. Over the Chinese New Year (CNY) period, they'll undergo critical pressure and heat treatment to ensure they're perfectly flat, sturdy, Factories slow down for the holiday, but this timing is actually ideal – it gives the boards the exact curing process they need to be top-notch.
Once CNY wraps, we shift into high gear: full packing of the deluxe box, final quality inspections, and then straight to ocean freight for the voyage to our fulfillment centers. We're optimistic and tracking everything closely!
📦 General Fulfillment & Your Pledge Items
For the rest of the backers (including all those awesome add-ons, upgrades, and extras), everything is on track for the main fulfillment wave alongside the ocean freight shipments.
We'll share a much clearer, concrete timeline (estimated shipping windows and all!) by the end of next month when we're right at the ocean freight stage and can lock in the logistics schedule.
‼️ Missing items for the 29 backers
Here’s exactly what was missing from your copy (confirmed during our quality checks):
- 1 rulebook page
- 8 reference cards (2 per player)
- 6 merchant cards
These components are being produced right now as a separate, dedicated replacement run. Once they’re printed, finished, packaged, and ready, we will mail them directly to you at no cost and with tracked shipping. You won’t need to send anything back—we’re handling everything.
✅ Next steps & timeline
We haven’t sent individual emails yet because we’re waiting for the factory to complete the final ~800 image reviews in our packing quality control process. So far they’ve already reviewed 10,000+ images, and the remaining portion should be fully finished before Chinese New Year wraps up.
As soon as that final batch is signed off (ensuring the entire production run is rock-solid), we’ll:
- Finalize and produce your replacement kits
- Send you a personalized email with confirmation and tracking info
You’ll hear from us very soon after CNY—likely within the next few weeks once the QC is complete.
